Yeah, Google has ditched the support for Sync of PW/Bookmarks on other browsers.

What can u do to get your passwords back?

For one, you COULD use a self-hosted Sync App.

Or, you can just switch to Chromium UNGOOGLED and do this manually every now and then. 

How? 

1. export CSV from your Google account
2. install Chromium/Chromium ungoogled
3. chrome://flags/
4. search 4 "import passwords" -> enable
5. restart browser
6. 3 points -> settings -> import PW -> get UR CSV file, import
7. enjoy
